Refund policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. 

Return shipping & costs

· For returns due to our error (defect or wrong item), cloudparfait will cover return shipping.

· For other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. If we offer to deduct shipping from the refund, we will notify you beforehand.
